Hello,,will a low voltage battery cause the ABS dash light to stay on??I went out to my truck today,,and went to start it,,click,,click,,click,,charged batteries for about three hours,,started truc,,now ABS light stays on. I think the batteries are done,,but still trying to figure out the ABS light

the truck is an 04 f350 diesel dually supercab

 

Sounds a nice rig. I thought it may have been an earlier truck, don`t know much about the late model stuff. However anything is possible, the computer may have seen the low voltage as a fault and stored a code. You may need a code reader plugged in to clear the code and put the light out. You may also want to post this on the "HD and SD" page as someone there could well have come across this before. Hope you get it solved.
