My dad is doing pretty good, thanks for asking. He still can't do much with his hands, but I remember when I broke my thumb it was 6 weeks before I could use it again. He may be a bit longer considering what happened.
I am not glad I had the flu, Al gave it to me as a departing gift when he left to go back to work in Ft. Mac. No I am not impressed. It really kicks you in the rear. I am still fighting a bit of it and it has been a week now. All I wanted to do for 3 days was sleep but had to look after Dustin, which was hard cause he always wants me to play or read. But being the loving mother I am I pushed him away, (in a nice way). And so far, touch wood, he has not gotten it.
