Well nice day here today. Weather is getting warmer and starting to get excited about doing some camping.

Got some bad news yesterday. Seems my wife's uncle from Revelstoke has cancer and is going to need some pretty aggressive treatment.

Heard from the realestate guy today that the people that want our house are finally going to put an offer on paper. Hopefully it's enough to enable use to do something with.

Funny thing is.......our house isn't for sale. The guy that owns the property behind and beside us wants to develop.

I guess I should re-word that. There is no sign in front of the house. Every thing is for sale if the price is right.

Just saw something on tv yesterday that the Canadian housing market is close to normalizing. Good luck with the sale of your house, Chris.

These guys have been after it for awhile now. Finally said put something on paper so we can see if it's worth our while. Basically we are asking for what we owe, 15% of the purchase price of a new place and they pay all the associated fees.

Yep, got a steady job here. Small town is what I like. Not much here but everything is close. Summers are nice and the winters are fairly mild. I lived at the coast when I was a kid, nothing is the same down there anymore.
