Thermostats?
Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone know's the difference between these Tstat's.
RockAuto:
MOTORCRAFT Part # RT1196 {#3L3Z8575AC, 7L3Z8575B, RT1178, YC2Z8575AA}
3L3E-8575-AC; 190 Ex. Hi Temp $9.86
And
AutoAnything:
Hypertech Power Stat Thermostat $32.95
I realize the Hypertech has a lower setting of 160-180 degree (not really what I'm looking for just stock is fine) but that's alot of money...
Thanks for any opinions.
Lou

Thermostats in these newer trucks (vehicles)are touchy. Some open/close in stages, others either open or closed.
Stick with stock. I cant stress it enough. Its a headache you dont want.
Robert Shaw makes a good stock one. If it where me I would get it from the dealer. Or at least see what they are selling.
