It appears to be fairly modded as well; any guesses as to what year?
The door mirror doesn't look like the one on my '05 EB Ex.... I do see that it has pushbutton door locks, however.

The blacked out trim & paint sure poses a "Secret Service" look to it.....

Those appear to be paddle mirrors. Looks to be an 02-04 styling.

Those front marker lights don't look 05-07, I'm leaning towards earlier year model. IIRC, 05-07 had one piece with two small amber reflectors, not a giant amber bottom.

 

You are correct, that is an '03-'04 truck.

If you really want to get technical, that model actually goes back to late 2001 as the "No Boundaries" package and continued on as the Limited Ultimate for the 2002 MY, becoming the Limited for the 2003-2005 MY.
