ok soo we can just put the magnesol in the 55gal drum and just hook some sort of mixer up to a drill and mix it for 30 minutes and just let it sit and all the nasty stuff will go to the bottom and we could just pump the biodiesel out off the top untill we reach the bottom crap that settle out?? and how many grams of magnesol for apprz 40gal?? that include getting methanol out of it also??
Without removing the methanol you will need approximately 6 pounds for 40 gallons bio, three pounds if you remove the methanol first.
You need 2% per pound/with methanol - 1% per pound/without methanol.
Bio weighs approximately 7 pounds per gallon.
what if i put the magnesol in my processor that has a an electrical pump..for example after i would let the gylcerin drop could i just put the 5.75lbs of magnesol in through the top of the lid and just let it circulate for about 45 minutes?? then just let it sit over night?? but would it get hard and clumpy over night, where i couldnt drain it through a 1inch ball valve?? like after letting it circulate for just say an hour and i went out the next day what would the magnesol be, like a thick substance?? or clumpy?? like would it be drainable is my question?
