A 351 computer would be optimal, but the 302 computer should get it up and running.

I forgot to ask if the clutch is different for a 351w than a 302.
I did find a 351 ecm....but as i was digging around in a few yards i've noticed that some of the 351's have blue ring injectors.....i think those are 24#'s but i'm not sure....should i go with the blue ones or my yellow 19#'ers.

The 351 should have 19 lb/hr injectors from the factory. The 460 is the only engine I know of that used the blue 24 lb/hr injectors in these trucks.

I believe the clutch is the same for the 302 to 351. To eliminate any doubt, just use or buy one for an F150 with a 351 from the factory. If you are going to leave the 351 stock, the 19lb injectors will do fine. Even if you do some mild mods the 19lbers will work properly for you. The wilder you go with the mods, the more need for more fuel, hence the 24lb injectors will come into play.

Only up to 91 or 92... Later 351W have 11 9/16" clutch while the 302 kept the 11" clutch. Also keep in mind that 302 & 351 flywheels are balanced differently. Do not mix and match!
