Question Circuit Breakers Location?

Does anybody know where the circuit breakers are located on a 2003 F-350. I have been posting a thread asking about a problem I am having with the electrical system, I believe I have it narrowed down to the circuit breaker that controls the power window motors. I can not find this breaker, the Chiltons manual indicates that the fuse banks are located under the instrument panel and in the engine compartment, I have checked the fuse bank under the instrument panel but could not locate the fuse bank in the engine compartment. I am not sure if it could be else where because of the motor (Power Stroke). I do appreciate everyone's feed back and thank you in advance for any advise.
Respectfully, Ryan

The fuse panel under the hood is right by the master cylinder on the driver side fender.

The owner's manual, the Chilton's repair manual and everyone else says that a fuse bank should be located in the location you suggested, but it is not there. I am not sure where else to look. Thanks for your input.
Thanks, Ryan

Your truck does not have a battery junction box, only a central junction box located under the instrument panel.

As for the breaker, it is integral to the window motor and is not serviced seperately.

Yeah I forgot there was a couple years in the middle that didn't have one under the hood (03 and 04 I think). I know my 99 did, and I know my 07 does.

I did finally find the fuse/relay I was looking for. Apparently Ford decided to place all the relays fuses and circuit breakers in one location. but this must be an anomaly since it took me this long to figure it out. I'm being sarcastic, I will let everyone know once I figure out the problem. Thank you for all the advise and input.
Thanks, Ryan
