What is everybody gonna be working on?

Ok it's finally warming up around here and looks like it will be safe to go back in the garage again so whats everyone working on? I got to see what suspension parts need replacing [got a little shake] so I can put my level kit on and get ready for some new wheels.

Well; I'm slowly (green back limited) working the completion of my 78 model for my daughter, then there's my buddies 77 engine compartment I volunteer too paint, then I got a 64 model to "old school". Oh did I mention I been helping build a Habitat home with my union as well. We hang dry wall tommorrow. Need to just learn to say no!!!!!!!
Did enjoy the sunshine today.

I'm getting new tires for my F250. I have a 4 channel amp to install also. Its been too cold for me to add it. I also have 6 rolls of Dynomat to put in it. I have a set of MB Quart 3 way component speakers I could add but I'd have to build custom kick panels or buy a set of Qforms for it. I think they would sound better with a set of custom panels. I have a set drawn up so I just need to get busy & build them. It all depends on which job I take. If I get a company truck I'll go all out on the sound system in my F250. I have plenty of equipment to make it a show quality system..
I'll know about the job in a week or so.

Finish some work on my shop (replacing a rotten beam, installing some lights), then I need to replace the wood in my flatbed. After that I've got a '48 8N that needs to be split and overhauled, and I'm hoping to paint it when I have it apart.

I have my stereo system ready to install. My door speakers are being driven by a 2 channel Kenwood amp now.I will replace it with a Phoenix Gold ZX475 Ti. I can fade the front & rear speakers then. I am also adding my Phoenix gold EQ 215iX to add more control to my system. I will continue to use the JL Audio 500 mono sub amp for the subs. Later I'll build speaker pods for the MB Quart 4 inch & tweeters &mount the 6.5 inch mid bass speakers in the factory speaker mounts. I think it will sound real good. I won several local competitions with these speakers & the one 4 channel amp.I don't plan to enter any contest now. I just want to use the stuff instead of letting it fill a closet in my house. The Dynomat will make my truck real quiet inside. It should stop most of the road noise. I think it will be a great mod for my truck.

I'll post pics once I begin the tear down. I plan to remove the seats to make running the wiring easier.It will also make installing the dynomat behind the rear seats much easier. At least I have a good heat gun this time.I would lay the mat in the sun to get it hot so it would bend easier when I did my old truck With the heat gun & a roller I'll get it done much faster & do a better job.It made my last truck as quiet as a caddy.It also made the stereo sound much louder. It wasn't really louder it just stopped all the rattles & other noises

Kevin;
Now that's more challenging to wire up then my 8 tracks for sure. Dealing with the mass air flow & sensor's way beyond my Shade Tree skills.

It's onlu part ofthe project Mitch. I still have to fabricate the air intake and the brackets to hold the MAF in place. Also had to make a tool in order to get to the T-40 bolt that Ford used on the intake....
