I got my taxes back yesterday, and so I did the only sensible thing... spent money on my truck of course. I had been trying to decide whether or not to put aftermarket wheels on my truck or stay w/ the stock chrome clad wheels. I decided to get a set of 17" black pro-comp wheels and a set of the nitto 295/70/17 tires. I also got a superlift add a leaf kit all from 4 wheel parts. I went through their website, but decided to call instead. The guy on the phone got me a better price by 150.00...awesome. I have a 3" fat bob's front levelling lift, plus a camper top so that left my truck, nose up a little bit, hopefully the add a leaf will remedy that. Pics to follow, in a few weeks when all the stuff gets here and installed.

Mine was going to go towards truck goodies. Then I remembered spring/summer/fall (riding season) is right around the corner and the bike needs goodies too!

last year with my tax return i got my big ol 35 inch tires but this year i don't get a return

 

I was going to start a thread about this, but I was beat to it!

Our tax return was quite nice this year, and I convinced the wife to let me spend some money on goodies for the truck.

Just today, I bought:
2.5" Autospring front level kit
1.5" Autospring rear lift kit
HD headlights
HD taillights
Magnaflow 16616

I still want:
S&B intake
N-Fab cab length step nerf bars
Saleen S331 grill
Rhino lining spray-in bedliner

And maybe down the road:
17" Dick Cepek Black DC-1s
Some 35x12.5x17 AT tires (still undecided)
Road Armor front bumper replacement
6" Fabtech lift kit

Of course, I have to get permission from the CFO (the wife) on any purchases I make. I made a deal that we can get a new bedroom suite ($2100!) if I get to spend some money on the truck.

 

well, at least there's a possibility that my cash might be going to a good cause... stay safe in there!!

 

was gonna buy the 35" BFG KM2's for my truck, but the wife intervened.

I made a deal with her in Oct to buy my Supercharger. She gets to spend $ for $ what I spent...and she remembered.


Still gonna get some Troyer tuning, but that's about it for my truck and goodies.

Now I gotta fly the in-laws to Hawaii and pay for everything. At least the SUV got tires, it was needing them...got the new Goodyear Silent Armor's
