Anyone recognize these casting #'s?

Trying to figure out the deal on this block. I've never seen one like it. In the valley at the back there are no holes for oil return. All the 460's /429's I have ever seen have had the holes. Dont know if this is anything to worry about or not and really no big deal as they can be drilled. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen one like this and if the casting #s mean anythng to anyone. It'd be nice to have something special here! Casting #'s on the block are

My d1ve-ab2 block has 4 valley holes and the 2 smaller drainback holes, do you have a bunch of carbon or sludge covering them?
