We should be able to make it, we're not racing that weekend. As long as I don't have to work that is. Who else is interested? I have a big yard if someone wants to park a camper there for the night.

There is nothing near Top Gun, it's 14 miles outside of town. The Holiday Inn is the nicest one, and it's right next to Stockman's Casino that has a pretty good cafe. It just depends on your price range.

Last time I came out there I brought my motorhome and put it in an RV park. But at the price of motel rooms vs price of RV park, plus the additional cost of fuel...........
Should have driven my car and gotten a room.

Fallon RV Park has new owners and I hear the prices are lower, but I still don't know if it'd be worth it.

Last time I was there, (Rattlesnake raceway) WillyB came too and I think he got a room in the center of town at a small casino for $39 if I remember right.

Bring your fishing pole and you won't have to eat out either, the Carson River runs through my backyard......
WillyB probably stayed at the Super 8 at the Bonanza. All the chain hotels are decent, some of the local ones are a little iffy though.

I haven't heard of any spotted in town lately but you can find them out in the Stillwaters.
