If you shop around and wait you can do the whole front end. You can cut like 1"+ off the bottom of the '05+ grill to make it fit.

 

What all has to be changed?Just the bumper and the grille and does everyone change the headlights/Thanks Ryan.

 

You could probably get by without changing the headlights, but why? The headlight change will involve either replacing or trimming your existing header panel. You'll also need adapters to work with the different bulb.

Then you'll either need to trim the bottom of the 05 grill, or change front bumpers so the grill will fit.
