Snow... Rims Smoking?

I was looking around the truck today and noticed that the back rims had snow in them, and the front had none. The rims were warm to the touch and was throwing steam from the snow being on them. Am I being paranoid, or is this normal, or are these calipers dragging a little too much? I took the truck awhile back to have the breaks blead and they couldn't do it because they couldnt get the valves open... if that matters any. Maybe time to replace the brakes?

Try a different shop for bleeding your brakes.

I'm guessing you have steam from snow coming in contact to your brake assembly, which would not be anything to worry about.
