Valve stem seals What else????

I am going in to do the head gaskets and got the valve stem seals in the kit and was wondering what all I'll need to replace them while I have the heads off? What else should I be looking for on this motor while I have it apart?
motor has 120,000 miles on it. and is a 91 vulcan
