liveling kit question

I am wanting to level out my 2wd truck. I would like to do a 2.5" lift up frount and mabie a 1" in the rear annyways all I am seeing are the soft style lift spacers for our trucks. I was wounderning if I could use a solid lift block for an 05-08 4x4 with minor modifications? also I am assuming that I will have to get some alignment cams to get it back to spec. what is the stock cam? the most i am seeing is -2 +2 would that be enough or is that too much? thanks.

I can't help you out but here's a bump. There are a couple guys with 2wd's that are running leveling or lift kits on here.

I found THIS SITE that has a number of manufacturers so you can compare your options, see which one(s) you like, then shop other companies/sites as well.
