need help guys

first time user of this web page, I got a 1976 ford f250 ranger and I cant get the damb thing to run, its been sitting for a few years and I have no spark at the spark plugs I have a after market distributor mallory unilite and i dont know how to proplery hook it up can any one walk me through it, and how do i know if the coil is good, thank you.
