NM Dealer Reviews

Don Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho NM...
I'll give them a single thumb up. But, partially because I know one of the parts manager doods.
When the steering on my F350 broke. (decided not to turn left anymore). She was hauled away on a bigger truck up the hill to DC. Truck was just out of warranty. Rich (my buddy) talked them into giving me a deal on the part and labor. Almost got them to warranty the whole thing. THAT would have been MUCH better since I'd consider steering part of the drivetrain. Then, I'd have given them two thumbs up.

Bump: anyone have anything good, bad, or indifferent to say about dealers in Las Cruces, Ruidoso, or Roswell? I haven't heard a single good thing about the service department at Vision Ford in Alamogordo, which is a pity because they're by far the closest to me. At least it's a pretty drive to Ruidoso via NM 244 from Cloudcroft.
