People here who know turbos...

I'm looking for some info on the differences between O, P, and Q trim turbine wheels on T4 turbos. I can't find any actual numbers anywhere.

Also, if anyone knows what trim the turbine wheel on a stock powerstroke turbo is, that would be awesome too. Thanks

2000BLK54 is starting off with a positive reputation.
As for the numbers.

O trim is 2.28" exducer/ 2.91" major
P-trim is 2.54" exducer/ 2.91" major
Q-trim is 2.69" exducer/ 3.11" major

The pitch of the turbine blades also change from O-trim being the most shallow to Q-trim being the most pitched. Basically is all comes down to topend flow vs. spool time. Q-trim will stay going up top, the O-trim spools up faster, P-trim is in between (which is why it's the most common).
