High Boost and other percieved problems after reflash

I originally had my truck reflashed (the day before it was suspended) and then again the week it was re-instated. I also had the tee recall, fuel tank bracket recall and seat recall done at the same time.

Now the IC does display the regen as I would expect, so I know that the re-flash did something. Also the shift pattern has changed and the cruise resume works correctly.

Since having the original re-flash done, the truck is lacking power, the turbo boost runs at ~28lbs at 75 mph, the exhaust smells (and not a good diesel smell), and my mileage has dropped by about 5 mpg. Also, it just sounds like the truck is struggling going down the highway (empty). Lots of noise, hard to describe, but like the fan was running extra hard. So far the tailpipe is not discolored, and it doesn't appear to be any exhaust leaks. Also, I have checked over the air lines going to the cooler and back and I don't see any leaks. Oil appears fine, fuel filters were just replaced and air filter checked.

The local dealer says there is nothing they can do since there are no codes. Is there anything I can steer them towards?

I have a bit more boost right now but think it is due to the colder temps, but I don't have any of your other syptoms.

I think as the weather warms the boost will back off a bit.

I've also noticed higher boost and the shift pattern changed as well after the reflash. I've only driver 180 miles since it was done so I can't comment on mileage yet. I'll update my post in a couple of days.

I to have a little higher boost. I agree with others it is due to colder air. No other problems at this time. Just recieved my letter about reflash today. Will wait to see how it goes with other folks who have it done.

I to took my truck in for the reflash and my boost is higher now than before. I took a test drive before taking my truck in so that I could tell if the boost was higher or not.
