with a leveling kit you can fit 35s real easy on the factory rims. That equates to roughly 315s

4x4 yes
4x2 no
305 will be roughly a 33" tire...and the 4x2 will have issues fitting it without rubbing.
the rims are 7.5" wide...the tires will fit, but they won't be as wide as normal since the rim is skinny.
edit: didn't see the 2.5" part...never mind, a 33" will fit a 4x2 with that installed

yeah, a 315 will fit without any problem...maybe a tiny bit of rubbing at full lock
any wider though (325 width...12.5" wide) and your tire tread will be about 1/4" from rubbing the upper control arm...the 325 will work as well though

I like the Nitto's. When my tires fall apart, I'm going with those after lifting the truck.

that is an awesome price...but how much is shipping?
I've found that Sams Club/Costco are actually pretty good places to shop for tires...but Discount Tire and Tirerack.com are probably the cheapest
I'm getting quoted $349 for a 35/12.5/18 in the BFG A/T, and $360 for the same tire in the M/T

like the way they look in pictures, but I've never seen 'em in person
if the price is right, go for it.
