Doing great. Just wishing I wasnt at the office today. Would rather be at home helping my brother get the babys room ready. Had to put a rush on it last night because the little guy decided to come early.
I just wish it would either stay warm or stay cold, this 80° one day 30° the next is starting to suck......
But, I'm with you on the "frozen pre-cipt" thing. I ain't equipped for that! Weather got pretty rough just north of us last night, so I hear.
Well this is the deep south. Problem is, is life long southerners cain't drive worth sheet in any snow & ice and ree-located yankees & snow birds think they can...
I'm just hopin 'we don't have 6-8 inches dropped on us as late as the last week of March. I could do without the headache.
Mmm, duh'n know. You can always go grabbilin' in a river for catfish if you can stand the water temp. Some folk I hear do that all year. Gator season's past I think. Might be able to go for deer with primitive weapons on private land. Think they extended the season since the damn things are over running all creation. I could sit on my back porch with a crossbow & fill multiple freezers all year if one was so inclined. And I live in fairly large town/small city.
You can always hunt hogs. Damn things are taking over. Even a bear wont take on a boar. And we dont have many panthers around. Dont know that a 150 pound cat would take on a 300 pound boar, and if it did I am not sure who would come out on top.

The 75-150 lb hogs eat pretty good.
The bigger ones are not as tasty.
The wife made brats that were 1/2 venison, 1/2 boar. Yum. Goes great with a nice dark beer!
