Pick your favorite 'oldfart' story

Most members of the chapter have had the pleasure of reading some of Audies (oldfarts) stories. Other forums he posts in have also had the pleasure of his way with words, very few can illustrate the breakdowns and fixes of a truck like he can, so, I have asked Audie and he in turn has asked members of the chapter to post their favorites. When we have a nice little collection I propose to put up a read first thread for him to use for his story forum within the chapter. Tell us your favorite thread and the post number, when it is finished we can then invite others on the FTE forum to come over to the chapter and enjoy our own homegrown Will Rodgers. Just another little thing for Pa. members to be proud of.

Holy Crap! No one needs to blather on that dadgummed much. And not one danged post on how to fix/repair these trucks we so dearly love. (sighhh...) Well, I'm not a mechanic and fortunatly my ole '86 doesn't break much is my humble apoligy. Audie..the Oldfart. Oh yeah..fell in the crick today! Another one coming!!
