How do I remove dash faceplate around upfitter switches

Trying to add more switches above upfitter switches in my 06 superduty. Want to be able to take some of the dash faceplates off to make access easier. How do I do this without breaking off some of the fastening devices? Is there a website that would have technical instructions with pictures that would lead me through this with ease?

Here is some info for the upfitter switch install:

An easy place to add some extra switches is under your headlight switch, I picked up some switches at Radio Shack and added them here:
