ford didnt produce a factory 4x4 pre 59 however there are many 4x4 conversions out there m-h and so on. my 59 is a 4x4 doubtfully a factory setup but no m-h badges on it so i dont know where my 4x4 setup came from. mine is a former town dump/plow truck maybe the townies put it together i'm not sure tho
