Sounds like a plan Jeff! I need to get some work done on my 68 Mustang, so I can have the hood open during the show! Did you get a chance to check out the pics from last year?

Did you talk to Randy about a box? He might have one laying around at his junk yard.

The day is getting closer. I'd really like to run blue in the drags just for curiousity. What do I need to know about that? I'd imagine I need a helmet, etc.

Had a meeting with the Drag Track owner today. All you need to run your vehicle at the track is a seat belt. You have to use a helmet but they have them at the track if you don't have one (just remember that your head is not the only one that has been in that hot sweaty helmet!).

We will also have Ron Caps Funny Car in Kearney for that weekend.

If your planning on staying in Kearney you should be getting a room. The motels fill up fast around here on that weekend.

I'm still interested on running Blue, the question is.....do I trailer it up there behind the Dodge so I have both my pickups there or just drive it?

Well, unfortunately, I probably won't be able to make it to Kearney this year. We're coming off of our family vacation that week, and I'm sure we'll be tapped of cash after that. Unless something changes, you boys will have to party without me this year.
