The FX4 is nice, it should have the cold seats and the retractable running boards as options tho!
Well the running boards are optional on any vehicle its the cooled seats i am mad about.

Nice looking truck!

Love the pics, I think the Blue Platinum is the best looking of the Platinum's. One question on your pics, is that bug shield a factory ford bug shield? I have an 09 coming and having found a bug shield I like yet, but that one looked good on there.

Thanks.

You are dreaming if you think the F150 rides better than the Range Rover Sport or the Land Rover LR3. I drive a LR3 V8 HSE and a client of mine got a new 09 F150 Lariat 4x4 (he let me take it out for a spin), the ride does not even compare. The 150 still rides like a truck, maybe a little softer than older models, and dont even get me started on handling.

It rides better than our range rover sport hse with the air ride suspension, Chevy avalanche, Dodge Durrango and the Denali ever has. Im very impressed by the ride and i guess it's due to the longer leaf springs. I have never been in a generation of f150 that has been so quite, Smooth and car like feel. Even my wife is impressed with how nice it rides and feels. Also what Audiophile system did you have. The System that has come with the 09's is maybe the best system i have heard heard from the factory. We have the harman kardon upgrade in the rangerover that sounds very good but the Sony blows it away.

Not dreaming at all. Just been in the Range Rover 15 mins ago on a 20 mile trip then back out in the F150 to subway for some food and the Truck rides better. Not saying the Truck would take a corner as well as the sport but i don't expect it to as neither get driven like that. We was given a LR3 when we took the HSE in for a service to have 3 problems fixed. The LR3 is even worse than the HSE for ride if i must be honest. It did feel a little bigger inside because of the lowered center console but it was still a horrible ride and was harsher than i expected. Was glad to give the Land rover back to them. We even complained about it when we returned it and they said that they was changing it for a HSE next year as a lot of people hand moaned about how crappy it was. Don't even get me started on the crap nav, audio, Wind noise, Cold start problems and crappy interior. But hey it wernt me who picked it so i ain't worried.

I honestly wouldn't have considered blue but that truck looks awesome. Best of luck.

As for the Range Rover posts: are they still in business?

They are sure are. Not sure what happened around here in the last 2-3 months as you would see one every few days now i see about 6-7 a day. They must have had a clearance spacial on them. Hope the same dont happen with the platinum.
