08 Expedition EL

I've seen a couple of 08 EXP EL's locally at some pretty decent prices. I have a F250 diesel and I'm pretty familiar with ford products but I really don't know anything about these trucks. Are the 08's trouble or a good machine? Any known problems plagueing them? They seem priced way under the equivelant Yukon/Suburban.

Hi thinksnow. I just picked up a new one as well for the price. I've done a little reading and so far I haven't seen too many major bugs. I know the very early 08 builds still had the problem spark plugs that break off inside but that was engine builds before 10/9/07. Otherwise I think its still ealry yet to tell if any major issue pop up.

I purchased my 08 EL Limited in August and have had no problems with it. I use it mostly around town, so it does not have a lot of miles on it, but it sees plenty of use and has not let me down.
