Does anyone have any interest in starting a CT chapter? I know I'm interested in it and I think there must be some others that are too. Post here if you're intrested!

I talked with Shotbed 7.3 and he said after the holidays were over he would step up and help out with CT

Is the proposed Connecticut chapter going to be a sub-set of the New England chapter as Massachusetts and New Hampshire are?

 

Yes. I believe it would be. I haven't looked into the official stuff. I just know that I need 5 people who are interested. Once I get that I'll contact someone up the line. Right now we've got 2 people interested.

 

Pete, I hope you make your goal of creating a CT Chapter..

I just searched the member list for People from CT and it looks like there are plenty of active CT members..

I was a member of the New England Chapter. I guess that now makes be a member of the New Hampsire Chapter Chapter, But would like to be a part of a Connecticut Chapter

Yes Pete I would be interested. I live down on the shoreline east of New Haven but my time is limited with 3 young kids so I would not able to be real active.

 

I really think the CT chapter could get off the ground and be a great chapter.....

 

I went to the memberlist and had it give me a list of everyone in CT. From there I sent a PM to everyone whose activity was today or yesterday that had over 100 posts.

Lookin good, guys! Hopefully we can get just a few more guys. And would anyone want the job of Chapter Leader? I haven't been around for 60 days so I couldn't do it.

Hey Paul...why not use this as a thread to guage interest...you already have 3 definites...you only need 2 more. If you PM George...glruff...he can retitle the thread and monitor it for compliance.

George is a Regional Moderator...he was instrumental in helping us establish the Massachusetts Chapter. He will work closely with you to help you fulfill your goals!!!

 

I sent a PM to everyone and asked them to post here if they were interested so that's pretty much what I'm already doing.
