2004 5.4 timing problem

On my 2004 (f-150 5.4 new style) the camshaft sprocket bolt came loose at 75,000 miles. The cam phaser broke apart. I removed the valve cover and replaced with a new sprocket and cam phaser, however I believe I've got the timing off by a tooth or more. The engines runs again, but runs bad at an idle and on the road. When I unhook either cam sensor the engine actually runs smoother but has reduced power.

Since I don't have the timing cover off, I can't align the chain to the crank pulley. I need to find a diagram or picture that shows where the passenger side sprocket should be when the engine is at top dead center.

Does anyone have a picture, or know where it should be?

Thank you!
