Well good morning everyone.

A very strange thing happened to me last night. I had a sex dream. That NEVER happens. Maybe the 2nd or 3rd time in my life, ever!!! I must say, it was good too.

Not all companies break them up, but this one did. Here's the deal:
Interview 1: Will you fit the team in terms of personality, etc.
Interview 2: Technical: can you do the job or are you a moron that's good with B.S.

We've all known good technical workers that just didn't work well with the team. People tend to say long-term at this place, so they want someone that really fits, not just a techie. Yeah, I BS'd 'em REAL GOOD!!! LOL

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. It's not uncommon for that to happen in my vocation as well. One with the technical guy, one with his boss...

BTW, I'm still waiting for SW to be released so I can get started. MAN....... I HATE it when I'm ready to go and I have to sit here with my thumb up my butt. I'm looking forward to Lisa's story though....

Makes sense Brendan. My old employer would have saved themselves a lot of time if they did that. The executives that hired the IT people didn't know the first thing about it...so they hired the guys that were good at BSsing themselves into the position, and then a few weeks later they'd get fired because they obviously had no idea what they were doing.

Good luck!

lol. Sheldon, you were phenomenal. Your rippling chest made me yearn for you and your big strong hands took me into an embrace that took my breath away.

LMAO!

Actually you all would harass me for the rest of my life if I told you who it was. You're not getting that detail outta me.

EVEN MORE LAME!!!! I can't believe you'd leave us hangin' like that. Was it a famous person dream or a regular person dream? Or even better, an FTE person dream?

Why is that lame?

It was a famous person dream. I have never dreamed about someone I actually knew.
