Brendan, I tried to go out and beat how far ya ran today, no deal haha. In total I walked/ran about 4 miles, but I only actually ran for just over a mile and a half.

When did that crap get so tough?! lol

At first my knee kinda bothered me too, but after awhile it just kinda went away, kinda liked that!

My knee isnt the problem anymore...its my ankle. I took his advice...I no longer run because of the impact on my still slightly dislocated ankle. Bikes and elipticals for me from now on!

I heard the woman already has something in the works!

She's gonna need an income to support them...not to mention damn good health insurance!

Congrats Scott!

Its 75* on its way to 80...

Sunrise this morning...

I spent 30 minutes outside in a t-shirt and sweatpants taking sunrise pics...I was on my way to the gym and was late!

I only did 30 mins treadmill and 30 mins bike, no workout, just cardio...

But you went out & did something. And everytime you do it, it will get easier, then you can push a little further, or faster... but congrats to you for doing it!!

Getting those juices pumping gets endorphins flowing, which for some people gets them a "Runner's High" but I've felt that twice my entire life. Still, it ramps up your immune system (and others) and helps healing, so long as you don't overdo it!

Have you tried 1000mg+ of Glucosamine? It probably won't "fix" it, but helps with joints, etc. It's been awesome for my "skier bump"

I remember seeing those pictures growing up and thinking, poor kid. So I made every effort to keep my girls out of stuff like that, but I am sure they will say the same thing about some of their baby pics. lol.
