Damn straight. Just like beer, you can get it anywhere. I went to the source for this cheese though, the dairy where it's made. Some of the best cheese I've ever had and a lot cheaper than the local stores.

I guess thats pretty good, since the top score you can get is a 190! I'm pretty happy with that, seeing as how I haven't been in college for 4 years....and I didn't study for this test. Apparently you're supposed to study for it, and I didn't know that until this morning when I started the test. Oops.

I was almost late for it..which is bad because I paid $180 to take this freakin thing. I almost ran out of gas in Randy's Jeep on the way there. :-)

How is everyone else's day going? Nice pull there Pat!!!

Congrats on the test Lisa.

It's not the PSD, it's time for a oil change in our Nissan minivan.

I would have to say it's a pretty sweet shop and they have four desktops in the waiting area, so I can puruse FTE.

How everyone doing?
"Free" oil change? Nothing is "free" these days.

Yeah I know, it's part of a maintenance program. They get you when it's time for the tranny flush etc.

Got there around 5 a.m. thinking there wasn't going to be that many people.

It was packed by then. I made it as far as center span,
then had to turn around and walk back. That took a long time.

Still hard to believe the center span flattened out, though.

Yep!. It was fun.

It's actually not a bad drive over the GGB. You have to admit, stunning views when you drive it, when there's no fog.

The $6.00 toll sucks though.

I bought a plan like that for my PSD. I got 20 oil changes out of them for $700. But got tired of them taking nearly 2hrs to do it!! Now I do it myself with synthetic.

Thanks guys. Not sure if it matters but just in case you all were wondering this is for the PRAXIS I test...its sort of like an ACT or SAT..but for people who want to go to grad school. I'm just relieved I still remember stuff I used to know in college!

I prefer to change my own oil. I don't let strangers touch my truck (unless they came recommended ) Besides its a real good time to look the truck over to make sure everything is lookin okay.

Van is still under warrenty, it's just a program...bring the van to the dealer for all regular maintenance and oil changes are free. I have been here a while though, usually we just drop it off.

I don't do anything to the van, I think I've only checked the oil once...it was full.

I do most of the work on the PSD though.

I prefer to do it myself, but I got my money's worth, and I'd sit & watch them do it too. Made some of them kinda nervous, but I didn't care.

The service manager told me once "My guys know what they're doing. You can relax"

My reply: "Really? 'cuz my little sister DOESN'T know how to change oil and I bet you the keys to my truck that she could get it done quicker & cleaner. Gotta wonder why it takes them so long when you have the tools & the knowledge..."

He left me alone after that. And no, I'm not always an arse, but after 5 times in there and the shortest being 1hr 30min I was done with being nice about it. But yes, I can be an arse, and then some!

Great job on the test Lisa!!!

Good afternoon everyone!

My jeep was the same way, free oil changes I bitched about having to drive so far to do it but when its free oh well. They gave my free oil changes with the truck also but I have to take it to a Chrysler stealership to have it done. I tried that once....... I waited for almost 2 hours before they came and told me they didn't have a filter for my truck and it would be another hour before they could get it. Needless to say I was a little pissed off, got my keys back, said a few choice words to him and never returned.
