Any cool center consoles out there for 04 F250?

The center console in my '04 F250 leaves me wanting for more.

The lid is awkward to open....the lower "pocket" is too low/far to reach...and the "floating pocket" inside makes getting underneath it into the "storage bin" very undesirable.

Basically, it's a turd of a design.

Any aftermarket center consoles out there?

I'm almost considering taking the truck to a custom fab shop...if such a thing existed nearby...

But my first choice would be to find a 'drop-in'....plug-n-play. Even better if it has "goodies" with it...

Thanks for any suggestions!

Dan

Go on E-bay and look at a 08 center console. They are a lot nicer than the older ones.

went to ebay and looked.....seems a little better...but still has the same crappy lid that you have to open all the way to get into it.

Any more suggestions?

Yes but the opening is a lot bigger and they have a power outlet inside.

I rode in one of our new '08 work trucks and those consoles are such an improvement over the older models. Go to a dealer and ask to play with one in a new truck.
