That was at Thompson Lake which is a few miles south of Gravelburg. It is a nice little regional park, the campsites are nice, and there is swiming, golfing and fishing.

Well if you do the build w/ ALL Off the Shelf parts, unlike mine, it'll only run a tick more than a standard build for a v8.

You would think, as a lot of it are parts for v8's.
This reason my build was $4246.00 was because some the parts used had to be altered & hand fitted.

something to keep in mind i guess. there's always the turbo option. did you ever read up on that thread in the Turbo/supercharge/nitrous forum?? that guy had that 300 rocking pretty good.

have you ever calculated your MPG Flash???

Years ago there was a 300-6 in a 65 Mustang running at the drag strip here that was on top of it`s class. I didn`t hang out at the track so I never did see it run but there was plenty of talk about how well it ran.

My dad was telling me that back in the day his buddies and him went to the drag races in kelowna bc. He said some guy had a ford straight 6 with 3 2-barrel carbs on it, and he said that thing flew!

Would be neat to see for sure!
