GPR for 99 & up 7.3L
Ford F81Z-12B533-AC
NAPA GPR#109 (mounts 90 deg out of rotation from original)
Carquest #RY-175 (clone of GPR#109)
Autozone Sorensen MR-99 (also clone of GPR #109 I think)
International #1831646C1 (Identical to the one you'll get from Ford)

Part # for the Stancor from Mouser electronics is 802-586-902. Got around to putting mine on last week. Yes it's twice the size of the stock one but should last a long time.

If you have an O'Reilly's around, the part number is GPR7 and costs

$28.99 compared to the GPR11 which is $78.99.

The posts are 90 degrees off but the wires are long enough.

Changed one out at work yesterday on a 2000 F-350 dually w/7.3.

Thanks to the guys on FTE for the info.

As long as you keep the large wires on the large posts and the small wires on the small posts, can it be hooked up wrong?

The way I did it was I unhooked the old one and then

hooked the new one up and then turned it so I could mount it.

Hope that makes sense.

Diddo that, I'm going this route also. Fix it and forget it.
Welcome to guzzle's Stancor GPR replacement Mod Web Page

I put the the napa one in last march. Almost a year later it is dead again.

I went with the napa ST36 solenoid, same ratings as the stancor unit but mounts like a stocker (has over double the rating of the stock unit and even more then that over the 109 units which aren't as strong as the originals to these trucks) The ST36 is a little taller though, but when installed you would never know it wasn't stock.
