Hey Jack, How's things in Oregon? Springtime yet?

 

We got a slight drizzle going on here. Still some snow on my grass, some cars that were burried have finally been dug out from the mess the plows left.

 

No rain here. Still a bunch of snow. Actually looks like it might be clearing up and getting a bit brighter.

Well, crappy night here. Al was supposed to be home today, but due to the fog the plane could not land in Kelowna at 1 as scheduled, so it went back to Van. Then as it is a private jet, it had to continue on its way and take the next crew to Ft. Mac. It left Al and one other guy in Van incase it could not land in Kelowna that way they would not end up back in Ft. Mac. It turns out the plane was able to land. Now the company is trying to get them on a flight to Kelowna but most are full because of so many flights being cancelled today. And when they do manage to get them on one, if it can't land in Kelowna then it goes on to Cranbrook. Not sure what he will do then as his truck is in Kelowna. He is trying to get them to buy him a bus ticket instead, but they do not want to. So who knows when he will get home????????????????????????

 

Man i can say Val, I sure dont miss that!

 

Well, Al just called and he finally made it to Kelowna....but they lost his luggage, now he is madder than he was before...but at least he is almost home now.

 

Well thats good, and bad to hear!

 

Oo, yeah, I'd be pissed too.

My sister was stuck in LA for a couple days due to YVR being snowed in last week.

 

That sucks Val. Maybe he can catch up with it on his way back.
