Pat, that is what I figured. Some of the other chapters have the same thing and it would be nice to have to have things like this at an easily accessable thread.
Carl, I saw this morning that it looks like you will be getting your share of ice tomorrow. I hope that it is not as bad as they are forecasting, but you never know.

I asked the De. guys to send salt trucks should I get crapped on and Steve Bricks said it can't be done...he needs the salt for Margaritas. A girly drink no less. Not even straight takillya!!

Do they even know what a salt truck is in DE, more so in SoCal ?????
Like I said, it looks like we are going to be more on the cold side of this storm so we should have more snow. I hate driving on ice, black ice is even worse. I would prefer to have 6-10" of snow that I need to drive through than the ice crap.

Yep Neil...all the village and town trucks are prepping. When they single out the Mohawk Valley for pissy weather 9 times out of 10.....it's a mess.

Probably Pat. Actually our area is salt short. What should be a 10 hr job is now getting to be 40+ hrs to make roads drivable...and the damn Cali dude drinking girl drinks is no damn help!

I believe Mr. Steve is being harassed about that very subject in Delaware!!LOL! We went through the same problem last year Carl, would snow, they would salt, melt just enough to clear the streets, then snow again three days later. Just about drove me nuts!
