Tire Size and Power Loss (?)

Tire Size and Power Loss (?)
I have a '95 F-150 4x4 xlt S/C (5L V8), and I want to put some bigger tires on it. From what I've read in other postings, it sounds like 31x10.5 will fit the stock alloy rims (15x7) without a problem ... which is great.
I have 2 questions :
1) Will the larger (31'') tires result in a noticable loss of power?
2) Would 32'' tires fit on this truck, without changing anything? Note: rims and suspension are all stock.
Thanks for any information ...

31" tires should fit nicely on your truck and probably wont affect power/mileage much. Anything larger will decrease power/mileage noticably without a corresponding gear change in the axles.
Reccomended wheel width for 10.5" tires is 8", but your stock 7" should work fine. Good luck!
