300 exhaust manifold plate

'66 F-100, 300 I-6

Does anyone know where to get a replacement plate for the exhaust manifold riser (not the riser valve, but the plate above it)? Are they available or do I need to have one fabricated. Mine is warped.

Are you talking about the EGR (exhaust gas re-circulation) spacer under the carb?

I'm not sure. Below the carb, there is a space (approx. 3/4") between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold. The exhaust manifold had a bolted on plate (approx. 3/16" thick) just below the carb (rusted and warped). Under the plate (in the ex. manifold) you can see where the riser valve used to be (removed and holes filled in). Since the plate is warped, exhaust gases, and noise, are spilling out in the engine compartment.

Thanks.

I appreciate the help, but just want to make sure I got this right. The plate I'm looking for bolts to the exhaust manifold. It does not go between the carb and the intake manifold. Is that the correct part number for the plate to the exhaust manifold?
Maybe my truck/engine has been modified. Is there anything that connects the exhaust manifold to the bottom of the intake manifold?

Thanks.
