Zenon head light bulbs

Has anyone installed a pair of zenon light bulbs in there headlights. Bought some and can only get high beams. Have power to plug for lows but bulbs not light. Well have power to one pin in low beams is outer most pin. What gives do I have to change something or replace a relay ? Any help is wecome.

The cheap zenon boosted bulbs are very voltage sensitive, if your powering them through the headlight switch it's possible you burnt the filament already. Check the resistance through the bulb. Then if you want to use those bulbs, buy or build a relay system.
