Spare Tire source near Cedar Rapids

I realized I don't have a spare...

I have a 1975 Crew cab/ Where did the spare go?

Where is the cheapest place to get a spare that is near actual size? I think close to 33"

You could get a rim from K's Acres, tire can be had nearly anywhere if they don't have one.
