I'd just gotten used to calling it "United Ford" instead of Don Thornton... which I remember back when they were at the traffic circle.

I had forgotten about the Don Thorton name. I do remember that when he owned it, the service department was a place to stay away from. Things seemed to turn around after it became United Ford. There were several in the parts department that spent 20 minutes or more trying to cross reference outdated part numbers for my Thunderbird. I sure hope that they were able to be absorbed by another dealer.
