Why trucks?

Why do you drive a truck instead of a car? Why Ford?

I'll go first. I drive a truck because 1: I do not feel safe in a car. 2: I can not haul anything in a car.

I drive a Ford because not too many vehicles can withstand my rough usage. Ford has more than most other trucks.

It is pretty hard to pull a 10,000# 32' travel trailer behind a car, even a big old station wagon.
I do drive a car sometimes but it is a Chevy as is our SUV.

I hear you. I have a 36' fifth wheel that I pull with my truck.

One of the things I liked about the Chevy truck I had was the engine interchangeability.
