This new low sulfur fuel sucks really. Until this fuel was out I never had a problem with gelling. Here on the farm we never had a gelling problem with our tractors until a couple off years ago when one off ours gelled up an it wasnt event that cold. MY PSD has gelled up a couple off times inside an even plugged in. Fuel is the culprit for sure. I just figured it out. That new fuel came out so more people would buy No. 1 an a ton off additive an give mechanics at the dealerships more business. I think it worked people are spending a ton off money keeping these trucks from gelling up.

We have a 1,000 gallon bulk tank and have it refilled about every 10 days with BP Premier dyed ULSD fuel. We never use additives and our current blend is 450 gallons #1 and 500 of #2. We have had no issues with gelling, lowest temp so far this December was minus 16F.
