we have snow forcasted for the next few days, which has its good and bad points, not a huge fan of winter but my father and I are getting into the plowing and such on the side so it will be good for that.global warming is just a farce anyhow.just another gimmick to keep some peoples mind of the real problems the world has.

I used to do commercial snow removal as part of my Bobcat business but here it has a habit of snowing and then dropping down to -30 or 40 overnite. Now I just do my own farm driveway, yard and some of my neighbours.
As far as global warming goes while I don`t entirely discount it, it doesn`t seem to make our winters any darn warmer.
I think it`s something that we won`t know about in our lifetime.

we finished up the deck for the spreader last night,so the shes all ready for the storm we are getting overnight.as far as global warming, they have proof that the earth was a tropical jungle once, and then the ice age,I think its just part of the natural cycle.but then again who knows
I'm just a hired wrench,not a scientist.

Scientists can be scary people with their different theories, some of it is more than I really want to know..........LOL!
So far we haven`t had the storm we`re supposed to get but it maybe on the way for later, no snow but the wind is starting to come up.

I think if some of them scientist knew half as much as they think they do,they would get more done.got alot of work done on the truck yestarday, fenders and hood off, headlight buckets out, headlight wiring out.rad is ready to come out.hopefully tomorrow night I'll get an hour or so on it and get the aprons and rad support out and off to buddy for coating.there is no fear of any of the front clip falling of these trucks,I think theres over 60 5/16 ths bolts in my bin so far.

well I found out last night he can't do the rad support because its to long.the machine they have is automated.the parts go on a conveyer of sorts and then turn into the oven.so I guess I'll be breaking out the sandblaster for that.I may just do it all but my other two wheels.hows the weather up your way morris?its nasty here, got alot of rain last night and this morning, now its turning to snow and going to get cold again, should make for a nice mess.

Bummer on the rad support. Don`t you have to sandblaster everything real well before taking it in for powder coating or does your friend do it for you when you take it in for powder coating?
We`re into a cold spell -30 right now after getting some more snow, while it`s supposed to warm up by Friday we had that forecast before-it didn`t happen.
Today -26 & -30 tonite, Thursday hi -16, Friday -3, Saturday plus 1.
Sunday a low of -4 & high plus 3.
Freezing rain bites.......

yes he sandblasts everything before he does it.no difference I have a blaster,I just thought since the powder coating was so tough,it would work well on those parts.I still may give him the aprons.hard to say I was only going to sandblast my battery tray and ended up doing all the small parts on the front clip.now those are some cold temperatures,we haven't got anythig like that yet, coldest we had yet was -21,which is plenty cold enough for me.
