Teapot manifold bolt spacing

I got a cheep 4 bbl intake for a Y and it has 3 7/8 bolt spacing. I s this a teapot manifold?

Its marked 55-B and ECB-xxx-xxx

Carburetor bolt spacing

Flipklos,

If it helps, I have a teapot carburetor on the workbench and the bolt spacing on it is 3 7/8” by 3 ¾”.
