Have You Finished Your Christmas Shopping Yet???

Hey Massachusetts...and visitors...have you finished your Christmas shopping yet???

I can say that...for the first time in years...I'm done early!!! The last gift arrived in the mail today. It's the only gift that I didn't get right here in town. It's a ball cap for my father...black...with a yellow sillhouette of the ship he served on in WWII. He was a Machinists Mate on the USS Massey...DD778...back in 1945. I hope he will wear it with pride!!!

I'm Playing Scrooge this year...

No presents, No money..

Just gonna give cash to the little ones..

Ken I am sure you dad will love the Hat..

I was at a customers house and he has a model of the ship he was on..

He didn't say how much it cost.. He said they model it to the actual details of the ship at any time period..

Very nice with a display case and all..

Been there Don...the tight money business I mean. I believe that Christmas is for the kids...not for the adults. However...there is a family gift exchange at my nieces house on Christmas Eve. I've been trying to get them to tone it down...but...my efforts have not been successful.

All the kids receive money from me...they've never exchanged it for another color or size!!! As my nieces' and nephews' keep making babies...it gets more and more expensive!!!

It is alot easier shopping when you just give cash..

We have a Yankee swap that I need to get a $20.00 gift for..

Maybe a few lottery tickets will fill the bill there..
