Looked at an '09, price was ~$41k...

Looked at a std length '09 Expy Limited today, price quoted after the special plan discount and the Ford rebate was ~$41k plus taxes, etc, if I recall correctly. There was no haggling, I just listened, took a test drive, etc. This price was for one having most of the options, but not the Nav system. Looking at a copy of the sticker I see a "Total for Vehicle" of $46,800 "Suggested List Price". Next to that number is an "Invoice Price" of $43,043. The "Invoice Prepared Date" is 10/15/08. I'm wondering what you all have been seeing as to prices and if I should haggle to get a lower price and if so what my arguments would be?

Time to pull the trigger, any help with suggestions on negotiating?
