Steering Column to Transmission connection

I am helping a friend work on his 1969 Ranchero and I am looking for an exploded View of the Steering Column as well as some images for how to hook up the linkage on the Column to the Transmission

Anyone out there that can help?

Illustrated here: 1965/72 FORD PASSENGER CAR PARTS CATALOG

There are 2 different steering column illustrations: A/T = Section A72 / Page 14 // S/T = Section 72 / Page 9.

You might try a local dealer to see if they still have this catalog, otherwise you can buy a CD version from hipoparts.com.
